About Me & My Approach

Hello,
I'm Danny Gal

An organizational consultant and executive coach with over 30 years of experience. I hold an MA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and an MPA in Public Policy from Harvard University.

Listen. Challenge. Co-Create.

I believe that listening is at the heart of my work — an art that takes a lifetime to master. True listening means showing curiosity, wonder, and commitment. It also means challenging with care and ultimately co-creating — restoring trust, revitalizing teams, and helping people return to a more connected, vital state.

Why Work With Me?

Real Experience. I've been a CEO (Kav Mashve, ~6 years), an entrepreneur (founded HUB Tel Aviv), and a consultant. I understand clients from the inside.

Deep Expertise. Consulting since 1993. When situations are complex, experience counts.

Innovation Focus. Always looking for breakthroughs and helping you find your uniqueness.

Cross-Cultural. Skilled at bridging people from different backgrounds, including conflict zones.

People-Centered. I love people. I'm not afraid of the drama and tension that come with real relationships.

I would love to get to know you and work with you.
